LAS TORTUGAS DANCE of the DEAD 3 PROMOTIONAL INFO AND NEW LODGING INFO
Blue Turtle Seduction, Terrafin Entertainment, Our Staff & Crew are extremely excited and honored to have your Artists join all of us for this, the 3rd Installment of LTDD!!! We hope this finds all of you doing great, as we look forward to working very closely with you and your Marketing/Publicity Support towards furthering this gem of an Event, and its continued success.
WEB BANNERS:
You will find attached to this email 4 varying sized web banners, which we based upon your requests. These banners should meet all of your needs. Please hyperlink all banners to http://evergreenhalloween.inticketing.com. Your webmasters should easily be able to do that. However if you have any difficulty whatsoever with uploading or linking them, please contact your webmasters, and feel free to contact either Adam Haft or Shaun Dolan to help you get the banners up and linked, on all of your various Websites, MySpace, Tribe, Facebook, & any associated Message Boards and web presence. Please email Adam Haft immediately upon confirming that you have successfully uploaded the banner. We would greatly appreciate your uploading of this final version of the Event Banner(s) with in a few days, as we are nearing Halloween.
PROMO ITEMS FOR TOUR:
We also have beautiful full color Posters & Handbills ready to ship to the appropriate parties within each of your organizations, so that these materials go out “On the Road”. Please email Adam Haft and let us know who to ship to and a mailing address, in order to get this stuff out on the road with your band. Please hang these posters up at each of the shows at which your band is performing > Merch Tables, Exits, Entrances, Men’s & Women’s Restroom doors on either side, & when appropriate, on either side of the Stage at eye level (BTS does this at our shows). When performing at festivals, the Port-O-Potties, Gates & the Food Courts are extremely effective. All of the above is greatly appreciated. We cannot EMPHASIZE enough the effectiveness of these tools & their placement.
STREET TEAM REPS:
Please email Erik Koral (info@fanmanager.net ) & “CC” Adam Haft ( adamhaft@sbglobal.net ) the “snail-mail” addresses of whomever handles your Street Team. Promotional Materials will be mailed out to them immediately upon receiving those physical addresses. In regards to our “Incentive Program” for street team reps, we have devised a system that will reflect varying degrees of effort by reps and reward them accordingly. Please put us in contact with your Street Team Captain & Marketing Personnel, so we may lay out exactly what the Platinum, Gold & Silver street-teamers receive.
FREE CAMPING AND FREE RV PARKING:
We are also very excited to unveil an incredible free and natural lodging amenity for all of your fans/friends to take complete ownership of and enjoy. It’s the “FREE EMERALD FOREST CAMPING & RV PARKING”. This vast area provides spacious groves that showcase the Sierra’s majestic allure, and the entrance is 30 yards from the Evergreen Lodge. The Fire Trails go on for miles and miles. People create villages, camps, even “Tarped-Out Condo’s” from RV to the other. Please encourage folks to take full advantage of the free camping and free RV parking in the Emerald Forest of Yosemite, as this is the last lodging accommodation near or on-site.
